Digital Desk: Tension gripped the Bharalumukh area of the city after a group of miscreants allegedly attacked the residence of a woman tenant in broad daylight.According to allegations made by the family, nearly 15 people  wearing masks and helmets forcibly entered the house and created chaos inside the premises.


The victim, identified as Champa Biswas, was alone at home when the accused allegedly broke open the door, entered the house, and vandalised household property.


Champa Biswas has alleged that a woman named Prerna Das is behind the entire incident. She further claimed that despite lodging a complaint with Bharalumukh Police, no significant action has been taken so far.


Left distressed by the incident, the woman has now appealed to the Chief Minister to intervene and ensure justice.
