Digital Desk: At the IPL 2023 mini-auction, Sam Curran, Ben Stokes, and Cameron Green is expected to fetch big money given their all-around skills. Stokes and Curran were both on the England team that won the World Cup earlier this year. While Stokes and Curran received most of the attention, Sunrisers Hyderabad bought England batsman Harry Book for a whopping Rs 13.25 crore following a heated bidding war in the first set. Mayank Agarwal, who was released by Punjab Kings, was bought for Rs 8.25 crore by Hyderabad.

In the second set, Curran sparked a bidding war between the Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings. It was PBKS who paid the extremely high price of Rs 18.50 crore to get him.

At the IPL 2022 auction, Ishan Kishan was the most expensive buy, as he was purchased by the Mumbai Indians (MI) for a whopping Rs 15.25 crore.
