Dibrugarh, Assam: In a strategic move set to significantly boost academic and research cooperation across the Northeast, Nagaland University and Dibrugarh University formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 20, 2026. The agreement, signed at Dibrugarh University, aims to establish a framework for sustained collaboration between the two prominent regional institutions.

Representing Nagaland University at the signing ceremony were Vice-Chancellor Prof. Jagadish K. Patnaik and Finance Officer (In-charge) Prof. Joy Das.
