Anamika Borah from Assam was selected as the first runner-up, and Jennifer Renthlei from Mizoram was declared the second runner-up.
On Sunday, the second edition of Miss Northeast 2023 took place in Gangtok, Sikkim. According to BASN, the event was hosted by the Chief Minister of Sikkim Prem Singh Tamang.
Hikali Achumi, the reigning Miss Nagaland, took home the title of Miss Beautiful Smile. The victors were recognized by BASN, who also offered them best wishes for their future endeavors.
