Night Navigation for ferry services in Guwahati launched today

Digital Desk: At the Assam Administrative Staff College today, Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma launched the Night Navigation for ferry services based in Guwahati. IWT will commence its first night journey between Guwahati and North Guwahati tonight (19.2.2022) at 9 pm. We have achieved this milestone in association with Dr. K Raju, Principal Scientist, IIT Madras in surveying and developing the Brahmputra river mobile app. Director, IWT Saranga Pani Sharma, and senior officials are scheduled to attend.
