Karan Johar's show Koffee With Karan will not be canceled. It is now available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar.
Digital Desk: As fans lamented the end of Karan Johar's Koffee With Karan after six seasons, we have some good news for you. According to our sources, the celebrity chat show will now be available on Disney+ Hotstar.
"Koffee With Karan has been a part of my life, and yours, for 6 seasons now," Karan Johar wrote on social media earlier on Wednesday. I believe we've made an impression and even earned a place in pop culture history. As a result, I regret to inform you that Koffee With Karan will not be returning." The message arrived just days after rumors surfaced that a new season of the chat show was on the way.
Karan later confirmed that Koffee with Karan will return on Disney+ Hotstar later that day on his social media accounts. "Koffee with Karan will not be returning...on TV!" he wrote in a note. Because every good story needs a twist, I'm thrilled to share that Season 7 of Koffee With Karan will be available exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar!"
Karan Johar will host special episodes of Koffee With Karan for Netflix in 2021. On a special episode titled Koffee Shots with the Empire, he invited the cast of Disney+ Hotstar's Empire.
Later, in a special episode titled Koffee Shots With Atrangi Re, Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan were seen promoting their film Atrangi Re. The two episodes were available only on Disney+ Hotstar.
On November 19, 2004, Star World debuted Koffee With Karan. On March 17, 2019, the show wrapped up its sixth and final season.
