Chaudhary was one of many AAP leaders to recently join the grand old party...

Digital Desk: Bhemabhai Chaudhary, the vice-president of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Gujarat, officially joined the Congress in the presence of Shaktisinh Gohil, the chairman of the Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC).

Chaudhary was one of many AAP leaders to recently join the grand old party, along with Govind Parmar, the district president of Dahod.

After switching sides, Chaudhary asserted that only Congress "can bring about a political change in Gujarat where inflation, unemployment, and corruption have spread during the two decades of BJP rule in the state."

In Gujarat, there have been several AAP exits in recent months, with several leaders and party members defecting to Congress.

Isudan Gadhvi, the head of AAP Gujarat, responded to a question regarding recent party changes by saying, "This is a road for battle and it is lengthy. Every day, a large number of people enter and go from the party. If you perform poorly while participating in the party, you must answer the party, which will cause issues for you. It is not possible to keep everyone happy within the party.”

He further stated, "The road to struggle is hard, but the AAP will become stronger."
