Digital Desk: A team from the Government Railway Police (GRP) and the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) found a gun and ammunition inside one of the Brahmaputra Mail coaches (Up-15657) at Bongaigaon railway station on May 25.
Two locally produced pistols with 10 rounds of live ammunition were found hidden inside a bag from coach number S5 under seat no. 67 by a team led by CBI's SI Digambar Deka and GRP during a search operation in the coaches of the Brahmaputra Mail.
Based on various inputs, the search operation was completed.
