Digital Desk: Taking a dig at PM Modi over Manipur violence, Priyanka Gandhi said that Manipur has been engulfed in ethnic violence for nearly seven months but the prime minister did not go there. Instead, he visited Ahmedabad to watch the cricket World Cup final between India and Australia.
“In the recent world cup, our team reached the final with their hard work…. Modi ji reached there so he might also get a bit of credit if the team wins,” she said, adding the prime minister would go to a place if there is pride and honour, but would stay away from a crisis situation.

She said that it is wrong to mix politics with religion.
She said that whereas the Congress administration in Rajasthan offered special camps to protect citizens against inflation, the BJP-led governments at the federal and state levels are allegedly serving the interests of powerful businessmen.
Priyanka Gandhi spoke at the public gathering in support of Manish Yadav and Indraj Gurjar, the candidates for the Congress.
Rajasthan is scheduled to hold assembly elections on November 25 and the counting of votes will be held on December 3.
