Mumbai: Bollywood actress Preity Zinta is now a mother of twins. She has announced the good news on social media today.
The Kal Ho Na Ho star shared that she and her husband-entrepreneur Gene Goodenough have welcomed twin babies into their lives through surrogacy.
As per sources, the newborns have been named Jai Zinta Goodenough and Gia Zinta Goodenough.
Preity Zinta took to her Twitter and wrote, "Hi everyone, I wanted to share our amazing news with all of you today. Gene & I are overjoyed & our hearts are filled with so much gratitude & with so much love as we welcome our twins Jai Zinta Goodenough & Gia Zinta Goodenough into our family."

She added, "We are very excited about this new phase in our lives."
The actress further thanked doctors and nurses for completing the operation process. She said, "A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses, and our surrogate for being part of this incredible journey."
Preity Zinta got married to Gene Goodenough in February 2016. They both have moved to Los Angeles after their marriage, and she has become a mother for the first time.
