Digital Desk: Amboli police have filed an FIR against director Kamal Kishore Mishra for allegedly running his car over his wife's legs in the parking area of their residential apartment in Andheri (west) in the wee hours on October 19.
Reportedly, the incident took place at around 3 am in the parking lot of their apartment in Andheri (West). A video of the incident shows Yasmin Mishra (35) the complainant, attempting to speak with her accused husband as he tries to speed away in the Mercedes.
In the incident, Yasmin's legs get stuck under the front wheels and she falls to the ground. Mishra then drives over her wife's legs with the front wheels of the car. Following this When he sees this, a man runs to help Yasmin and pulls her out of the car's way.
Mishra waits for his wife to be pulled out of the way before speeding away from the scene pathetically. Yasmin was injured in both legs, her right hand, and her head.
On Yasmin's complaint, Amboli police issued an FIR on the same day under IPC sections 279 (rash driving), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), and 134 A and B of the Motor Vehicles Act for fleeing the scene without providing help or informing the police.
