Digital Desk: Businessman Raj Kundra was in the headlines lately because of his involvement in a pornography case. He was arrested in connection with the case and got bail.
As per the latest information, Kundra has transferred five luxury flats worth Rs 38.5 crore in Mumbai's Juhu to his wife, Shilpa Shetty-Kundra.
According to Zapkey.com, the flats are dispersed over nearly 6,000 sq ft. The stamp duty paid for the transfer is Rs 1.92 crore. The papers were reportedly documented on January 21, 2022.

The documents revealed that Raj Kundra had deeded these flats on the first floor of bungalow Kinara, their existing residence, on Gandhi Gram Road.
The actor Shilpa Shetty has even got the entire stilt car parking transferred in her name along with these five flats. According to the registration documents, the flats numbers are 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105.
Shilpa Shetty was last seen in Hungama 2 with Meezaan, Paresh Rawal, and Pranitha Subhash on the work front. Currently, she will be witnessed as a judge on India's Got Talent with Badshah, Kirron Kher, and Manoj Muntashir. The movie was cast on Disney+Hotstar.
