Prabhas starrer Salaar has become the biggest blockbuster of the year... 

Digital Desk: Sacnilk reports say, early estimates of the film earned Rs 95 crore in India on its opening day across all languages.

Reportedly, Salaar made the most revenue in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with Rs 70 crore. In Telugu locales, the film's overall rate was 88.93%. In Karnataka and Kerala, it opened with box office receipts of Rs 12 crore and Rs 5 crore.

More surprisingly, Prabhas has defeated Ranbir Kapoor's Animal, Jawan, and Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan to become the largest opener of 2023. 

Jawan and Animal recorded openings of Rs 75 crore and Rs 63 crore, respectively, while Pathaan earned Rs 57 crore on its first day of release in India.

Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire, a Hombale Films production, stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu in important roles. 

The film is directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur. Salaar run time is of 2 hours and 55 minutes and got an 'A' rating from the censor board. The film features multiple violent combat sequences, aggression, and battle scenes.
