Selection Process: The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews.
Shortlisting: A candidate does not necessarily have the opportunity to be invited in for an interview if they only meet the minimal requirements for experience and qualifications. The criteria for shortlisting will be established by the Bank's Shortlisting Committee, after which an adequate number of applicants will be selected and contacted for interviews. The Bank's choice to invite a candidate for an interview shall be final. No correspondence in this regard will be answered.
The interview will be worth 100 points. The Bank will choose the minimum interview score requirements. No correspondence in this regard will be answered.
Merit list: If a candidate receives the necessary minimum marks in the interview, then their name will be included on the merit list, which will be compiled in order of their interview scores exclusively. If more than one candidate achieves the same cut-off score, those candidates will be ranked in merit in reverse chronological order.
