Kohima: Taking cognizance of the students of class 10 and 12 who have tested positive for covid and couldn't appear for the state board exams, Nagaland Board of Secondary Education has clarified the students will be allowed to reappear for their examination and no fees shall be realized for this category of students.

Students who had to go for Covid-19 testing and missed the examination but are in possession of Covid-19 negative report shall also be allowed to sit for the exam.

A covid-19 positive candidate on being tested negative again shall be allowed to sit for the subject(s) which he or she could not appear earlier after producing a Covid-19 negative report duly certified by the medical department of Nagaland.
