Digital Desk: David Beckham was in Mumbai for India's ICC World Cup semi-final match against New Zealand. He was in India for three days as part of his tour as UNICEF's Goodwill Ambassador. 


Before departing India in the early hours of Friday, November 18, the legendary player attended a private party at the home of superstar Shah Rukh Khan. David Beckham was spotted coming to SRK's Mannat in Mumbai on Thursday night by paparazzi and fans.



David was spotted wearing casuals as he drove to Mannat in a video that went viral on social media. According to reports, the Jawan star organised a lavish celebration for the legendary footballer, to which several other celebrities were also invited.



Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja have previously held a star-studded lavish welcoming party for the former English footballer. Several Bollywood superstars attended the celebration, including Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Farhan Akhtar, and others. 


Shibani Dandekar, Farhan Akhtar, and other significant individuals from the entertainment business also attended the star-studded event.


David also paid a visit to the Antilla on Thursday. The Ambani family, owners of the Mumbai Indians, welcomed David to their home and presented him with a custom-made Mumbai Indians 'number 7' jersey. His visit was also documented on social media.


David Beckham met Sachin Tendulkar at the India vs. New Zealand semi-final. He was also spotted sitting next to Bollywood duo Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. In one photo, the trio can be seen standing, clapping, and cheering for Team India.
