Top authorities can be seen giving medals to the sniffer dog group in a Twitter video...

Digital Desk: The four-legged members of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) were given a touching farewell by the CISF. If you ride the Delhi Metro frequently, you've probably seen some of the squad's pawsome members. The CISF honoured three of those members, Rocky, Romeo, and Sony.

Top authorities can be seen giving medals to the sniffer dog group in a Twitter video shared by the news agency ANI. For eight years, the dogs worked for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).

While Rocky and Romeo were present and received food and a medal, Sony, a German Shepherd, was unable to come due to illness.

"CISF's three DMRC sniffer dogs, Rocky, Romeo, and Sony, retired today after more than eight years of service." The dogs were praised for their selflessness. Sony, the German Shepherd dog, was unable to attend the event due to illness. "These retired dogs will be given to Friendicoes-SECA in Delhi for adoption," said the caption.

The video has received over 300,000 views and several reactions. People couldn't get enough of the adorable service dogs.
