Digital Desk: The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee clarified in a press release that the party has made no decision regarding Dr. Ankrita Dutta's removal as president from the Assam Pradesh Congress Youth Committee.
"Assam Pradesh Congress Committee president Bhupen Kumar Borah claimed that some media organizations were spreading misinformation regarding the Assam Youth Congress president. Bhupen Kumar Bora has consistently supported young women like Ankita Dutta. Borah said that the Indian Youth Congress is an independent organization, and so far no discussion has been made with the high command regarding Ankita Dutta nor any decision has been taken regarding her by the Youth Congress," stated the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee in a press release, which is translated into English.
Notably, on Thursday evening, news surfaced that the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee had removed Dr. Angkrita Dutta from the prestigious president's position of the Assam Pradesh Congress Youth Committee.
