Digital Desk: Stryker's opens a new Global Technology Centre (SGTC) at the International Tech Park, Gurgaon. The 150,000-square-foot facility will help accelerate innovation in India and globally.

 

Andy Pierce, Group President, MedSurg and Neurotechnology, Stryker, said innovation is in Stryker's DNA. He feels, SGTC strengthens their ability to innovate and develop new products and solutions that will help benifit and save lives worldwide. “We are proud that Stryker positively impacts more than one hundred million patients' lives each year, and the demand for our offerings is growing”, he added.

 

The centre is mapped out to connect with healthcare professionals and develop new technologies to meet their various needs. Customers can smoothly access a range of Stryker products and learn more about the engineering behind the company's life-changing technologies and innovations.

 

Ram Rangarajan, Vice President, R&D, SGTC, Stryker, stated that together with the customers, they are driven to make healthcare better. He said that they are working to develop products and solutions that serve the unique needs of the market and their customers across the globe.

 

Rangarajan is excited about the strength of his current team and the diverse talents the new centre will attract, which will drive innovation that benefits their customers and patients, not only in the region but worldwide. He believes the new centre will give them room to grow and impact more people.
