In the third T20I, Yadav gave a game-winning performance, scoring 83 runs in 44 balls, including 10 fours and 4 sixes.

Digital Desk: Suryakumar Yadav, the top-ranked T20I batter in the world, broke the previous record for the least innings needed by an Indian batter to hit 100 sixes in T20s. SKY broke the previous record in Tuesday's 7-wicket victory over the West Indies.

In the third T20I, Yadav gave a game-winning performance, scoring 83 runs in 44 balls, including 10 fours and 4 sixes. The powerful middle-order batsman blasted his third six in Guyana, bringing his T20I total to 100 sixes. With a strike rate of 175.76 in just 49 innings, he achieved this feat.

He joined the elite club of Virat Kohli and captain Rohit Sharma by breaking the record. The most sixes (182) in 140 innings belong to Rohit Sharma. Yadav beat Rohit Sharma's previous record of 84 innings to accomplish the feat in 49 innings. 

In addition, Surya Kumar Yadav has passed Evin Lewis of the West Indies, who accomplished this record in just 42 innings, to move up to second place in the list of all-time international innings played.
