Digital Desk: A viral video of men and women shackled on the ground in Bihar's Gaya region has stirred fury online. Many social media users linked the deed to that of the Taliban According to authorities, people threw stones on officials during the delineation of mining ghats in Gaya district's Belaganj police station.
