Digital Desk: Cricketing legend Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be celebrating his 42nd birthday on Friday (July 7). Dhoni's die-hard fans are quite emotional for him, and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper has amassed a big fan base with some really passionate and loyal followers over the years. Everyone witnessed 'Dhonimania' in the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, with every cricket stadium throughout the country turning yellow in every CSK match. Dhoni's birthday this year is poised to be more better, bigger, and more spectacular since the great wicketkeeper-batsman recently added the fifth IPL title to his trophy cabinet.

A day ahead of Dhoni's birthday, his fans in Hyderabad installed a massive 52-foot-tall cut-out in the city. Pictures of Dhoni's cutout have also been circulated on social media. A fan club of Dhoni tweeted a photo of the same.

He scored 4876 runs in 90 Test matches, including six centuries and 33 half-centuries, including a double hundred. Dhoni scored 10773 runs in 350 ODIs, including 10 centuries, 73 half-centuries, and a personal best of 183 runs. Dhoni scored 1617 runs in 98 T20Is, including two centuries, for India in the shortest format.
