Digital Desk: West Karbi Anglong- In a tragic event, a compassionate doctor and a well-known YouTuber, Dr. Ruplin Rongpipi was electrocuted to death during a severe thunderstorm at Dongkamukam, West Karbi Anglong. She worked there as a Community Health Officer in Krokengdang Ayushman Arogya Mandir.


The incident occurred on late Thursday night when heavy rains were followed by lightning struck the region.  Dr. Rongpipi had been electrocuted when she tried to disconnect the inverter in her house during the storm. As per report, Dr. Rongpipi was reportedly electrocuted while attempting to disconnect the inverter at her residence amid the storm.


Dr. Rongpipi was widely admired for her humanitarian work and dedication to public health. She also empowered and educated people in the area through her social media presence. She also played a vital role at the Krokengdang Health Centre and was known for her commitment to rural healthcare.


Her untimely death has left her family,friends, and loved ones in deep mourning, with condolences flowing in from her coworkers, patients, and followers of the region.
