Digital Desk: A young man identified as Majnu Babu, a resident of Barojhora village, died from suspected electrocution in Daker village, Mankachar.
Locals discovered his body in a paddy field and immediately alerted the Mankachar Police.
Police reached the spot, recovered the body, and brought it to the police station.
It is believed the victim accidentally came into contact with a live electric wire.
Preparations are underway to send the body for post-mortem examination to Dhubri.
