The fatal road accident occurred near Fakoli Gyan Bikash in Rupohihat during the night, leaving the local residents deeply shaken.
The victims, Shakil Ahmed and Mehdi Alam, lost their lives in the incident, plunging their family into profound grief.
Their close friend, Rajdul Haque, sustained critical injuries and is currently receiving treatment in the ICU at a hospital in Guwahati.
Shakil and Mehdi, both Commerce students at Singimari Mohammad Ali Higher Secondary School, were returning home from Rupohihat when the tragedy struck.
Their motorcycle, bearing registration number AS02AD4034, collided with an unidentified vehicle, resulting in the heartbreaking loss of the two brothers.
