In a tragic incident reported in Nalbari district, two brothers, reportedly twins were found dead after both went missing yesterday while playing outside their home.
As per sources, the dead bodies of the twins were recovered from the pond. The pond is located at some distance from their home.
The two children were identified as Nikumani Deka and Nitumani Deka. Both of them went missing on Saturday.
State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) SDRF and police were able to rescue the bodies of the two children today. Everyone mourn the tragic incident now. The news of the tragic incident is now being mourned everywhere.

Locals stated that parents went searching for their kids from house to house. When they could not get any information about their kids, they filed a missing report at the nearest police station. Police authorities later managed to recover the dead bodies of the missing twins from a pond.
However, people of the region suspected this incident to be a murder case. The postmortem report confirming the cause of the death is yet to be released, and the investigation is underway.
