Digital Desk: Throwing an open challenge to the authorities, bike-borne miscreants snatched away a gold chain from an elderly woman on Sunday morning. The incident took place in the Beltola area of Guwahati.
As per reports, the victim, the incident was reported when the victim, Lakshmi Devi, was out for a morning walk when two bike-borne miscreants wearing helmets snatched her gold chain.
It has come to light that earlier on Saturday night, there was a similar chain-snatching incident reported, in which two miscreants on bikes snatched a gold chain from a woman in the same spot.
