Digital Desk: Star Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has responded to recent reports about his huge earnings from social media. On Saturday, the ace hitter debunked inaccurate recent news reports that estimated his social media earnings.
“While I am grateful and indebted to all that I’ve received in life, the news that has been making rounds about my social media earnings is not true,” Kohli wrote on his Twitter handle.
In recent media reports, it was stated that Kohli demands Rs 14 crore for each Instagram post. Kohli is replying to those reports. A recent HopperHQ study is cited in the stories. According to the estimates, Kohli earns an average of Rs 9 crore for each promotional Instagram post and is expected to make at least Rs 11.45 crore.

According to the survey, footballers Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi rule the roost as per the report followed by US celebrities Selena Gomez, Kylie Jenner and Dwayne Johnson. Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce Knowles, Khloe Kardashian and Justin Bieber complete the top 10.
