However, 34-year-old Aman Agarwal received the best gift on his wedding day, though.

Digital Desk: A die-hard Virat Kohli fan went to the extreme by claiming they would only get married when the Indian batting star scored his 71st century, which is a trait shared by many die-hard cricket fans. The 34-year-old Aman Agarwal received the best gift on his wedding day, though.

Aman was spotted holding a placard in a stadium while a game was going on, and Kohli had gone three years without scoring a century. The banner read, “I will not get married until Virat scores his 71st.”  The Indian skipper has scored 4 centuries since then. Starting with a T20 ton against Afghanistan during the 2022 Asia Cup in UAE.

The day Aman was scheduled to get married was the day of Kohli's 74th ODI century. The fan tweeted a photo of himself dressed for his wedding with the comment, “I asked for the 71st century but he scored 74th on my special day."

At the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli was congratulated for his outstanding 46th ODI century innings, which enabled India to defeat Sri Lanka 3-0 and win the series by a score of 317 runs. Anushka Sharma posted a video of a tv screen on social media showing Virat Kohli celebrating his century against Sri Lanka in the third ODI by raising his bat and helmet and gazing up in the sky. "What a guy...Shabaaash... What an inning played," she wrote along with the post.
