Digital Desk: According to reports released on Thursday, a young man drowned in a pond in a terrible occurrence that occurred in the Kachari Pathar neighbourhood of Duliajan, Assam.
Mahesh Binjuar, a young man, was said to have gone to bath in the pond before drowning, reports stated.
Ever since Wednesday night, Mahesh had vanished. His lifeless body was found in the pond by the locals after they searched there.
After being transported to the closest hospital, the young man's death was pronounced by the staff there.

The youth, who has been identified as Chinu Karmakar, was bathing when he drowned in a pond in Rongagora, a subdivision of Bokakhat, in the Golaghat district of Assam. After arriving on the site, a team from the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) removed the body from the lake.
