The pair went to court for interim bail despite Dinesh Yadav (21), a resident of Badshahpur, filing a case in August, according to police in Gurugram.

They stated that Qadir and Beniwal are residents of Shalimar Bagh in Delhi and that a FIR was only filed against them on November 26 at the Sector-50 police station after their temporary release was revoked.

"In order to retrieve the cash and other valuables that Qadir is believed to have taken from the victim under duress after confessing to the crime, we have placed her on police remand. Manish alias Virat Beniwal, her husband and the other accused party, would be detained soon "Inspector Rajesh Kumar, Station House Officer for Sector 50.

Dinesh Yadav, the owner of an advertising company, claimed in his lawsuit that when he first spoke with Qadir, Beniwal was with her. He stated that he paid the 2 lakh that Qadir requested in exchange for her advertising his company on her channel.

After a few days, Qadir revealed her admiration for him and her desire to wed him. According to the lawsuit, they grew to be close friends.

"I went out to a club in August with Qadir and Manish to party. We arranged to stay there really late at night. When I awoke the following morning, Qadir had requested my bank cards and (smart) watch. She threatened to charge me with rape, "claimed the complainant.

Following this, he claimed, "they extorted more than 80 lakh plus gift stuff from me." The victim said in his complaint that he later told his father everything and that he then took him to the police.
