The girl, who had been working as a maid in the house of Amarjit Deuri for the past 6 years, is a class 5 student.
Tragically, she is now 4 months pregnant as a result of the abuse.
Two months ago, Amarjit reportedly made various excuses and sent the girl back to her home in Filobari.
The shocking truth of the incident was revealed on Sunday.
On July 1, Amarjit visited the girl's family in Filobari but public outraged early in the morning when the community became aware of his actions.
Meanwhile, the intervention of the local village head Hemanta Borsaikia, the Filobari police rescued Amarjit from the enraged crowd.
The incident has sparked widespread outrage in Filobari, with the girl's family preparing to file a complaint against Amarjit Deuri at the Bordumsa police station.
The police have already seized Amarjit Deuri's scooter, bearing the registration no. AS 23 Z 7224, as part of the investigation.
