After departing from Amritsar at around 20:00 and briefly entering Pakistani territory, flight 6e-645 made a safe landing in Ahmedabad at around 21:40.

Digital Desk: An IndiGo flight from Amritsar to Ahmedabad entered Pakistani airspace after running into bad weather on Saturday, according to officials. An IndiGo representative told ANI, "The flight from Amritsar to Ahmedabad entered Pakistani airspace yesterday due to bad weather."

After departing from Amritsar at around 20:00 and briefly entering Pakistani territory, flight 6e-645 made a safe landing in Ahmedabad at around 21:40. According to an IndiGo statement, "IndiGo flight 6E-645, operating from Amritsar to Ahmedabad had to take a deviation over Atari into Pakistan airspace due to bad weather."

The country's ATC was keeping an eye on the flight, and the deviation was carefully planned. "The Amritsar ATC telephoned Pakistan to coordinate the diversion effectively. The flight successfully landed in Ahmedabad following the deviation, according to a statement from IndiGo. The crew was in constant contact with Pakistan on R/T," IndiGo stated. Another incident occurred on Saturday when another Delhi-Chennai flight experienced engine trouble in midair and had to make an emergency landing at Delhi Airport.
