There were no reports of casualties or property damage due to the earthquake.


Digital Desk: In the wee hours of Tuesday, an earthquake with a Richter scale of 5.0 struck the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The National Center for Seismology declares that the earthquakes were felt this morning at about 5:57 am.


According to the National Center for Seismology, the earthquake's epicenter was 215 km southeast of Port Blair.


There were no reports of injuries, fatalities, or property loss due to the earthquake.


As per the official's report, a low-intensity earthquake with a magnitude of 3.2 occurred on Monday in the Doda area of Jammu and Kashmir, but no damage was reported.


According to the officials, the earthquake occurred around 12:12 pm in the Union Territory's Doda region.


The officials reported the epicenter was 5 kilometers beneath the surface at a depth of 33.12 degrees north and 75.55 degrees east.
