Digital Desk: A rhino carcass was found in Gai Tapu, which is part of Assam's Kaziranga National Park, reports stated on Sunday.
As per reports, employees at Gai Tapu are said to have seen the rhino carcass near the banks of the river.
Upon receiving information, forest department representatives reached the spot and retrieved the carcass.
Sources claim that once the rhino was found, the carcass was sent for a post-mortem examination.
The rhino is suspected to have died due to age-related issues.
