Digital Desk: A tragic incident has come to light as another Assamese youth lost his life in a different state.
The lifeless body of 38-year old Ravicharan Das was recovered in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur.
Ravicharan’s body was found in the toilet of a train while he was travelling back home from Gujarat, where he was employed at a fish company.
The news of his untimely and mysterious death has left the entire Tamulpur in deep mourning.
His helpless family, stricken by extreme poverty, is unable to bring his body back home from Kanpur to perform his last rites.
With no other option left, the family has made an emotional appeal to Assam’s Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, seeking assistance in bringing Ravicharan's body back to his hometown.
With tearful eyes, the grieving family now awaits a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death and hopes for government support to help them bid a proper farewell to their loved one.
