Digital Desk: A case has been filed against the person who envaded the pitch during Sunday's ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 final between Australia and India.

Johnson Wayne was the name given by the guy. "I'm an Australian. I walked out onto the pitch to greet Virat Kohli. The man informed reporters as he was being carried away by the police, "The protest was over the war in Palestine."

Johnson was the subject of a charge under sections 332 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Chandkheda Police Station, according to Ahmedabad Police.
