Digital Desk: Persistent heavy rainfall caused significant disruptions in flight operations at Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA) today.

As the downpour persisted, four IndiGo flights were cancelled. Additionally, adverse weather conditions led to the cancellation of two flights bound for Aizawl, one to Agartala, and another to Silchar, causing further inconvenience for travelers.

However, amidst the challenges posed by the inclement weather, there was some relief for passengers as flights from Guwahati to Kolkata managed to depart as scheduled. This provided a glimmer of hope amidst the disruptions, offering respite for those navigating the turbulent conditions.
