Police say they received a call from school officials around 8:10 a.m. today. The school was quickly evacuated.

"There is no threat because no suspicious object has been discovered on the school grounds." The situation is standard. "The Bomb Disposal Squad, the Dog Squad, and the SWAT team are sanitising the school buildings," said Rajesh Deo, DCP South East.

Earlier this month, 'The Indian School' in Delhi's Sadiq Nagar received an email suggesting that bombs were hidden on the premises. The school was evacuated as the bomb squad and other agencies searched for any dangerous substances. The mail was later determined to be a hoax.
