Acting on a credible intelligence, the police team raided the site and apprehended 7 individuals involved in the racket.  


The arrested individuals have been identified as Abdul Malek, Alal Uddin, Nurul Amin, Sadikul Islam, Aijul Haque, Shahjahan Ali from 2 No. Langia, and Abdul Rafiq from Jaramari.


During the raid, police seized a significant amount of cash and various gambling-related materials.


Reports indicate that this gambling racket had been operating secretly in the area for a considerable time.


The operation marks a major success in the local authorities' efforts to curb illegal gambling.


All suspects are currently being interrogated as the investigation continues to uncover further details.
