Digital Desk: Another notorious murderer, Ramesh Dkhar, who is also an Under Trial Prisoner, fled from the Jowai District Jail on Saturday and was once more apprehended by the locals at Shangpung at noon today. He was sent to Jowai Police in the West Jaintia Hills District in the afternoon.
It has been reported that Ramesh Dkhar and the other four members of the UTP escaped from the Jowai District Jail on Sunday afternoon. Four of the other UTP members, including the notorious murderer I Love You, were found and publicly lynched, but Ramesh Dkhar was able to flee the vicious attack of the Shangpung community.
It may be mentioned that legal action has been initiated into the matter and further investigation is underway.
