Digital Desk: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is expected to be freed from AIIMS today (December 27), after being admitted the day before on December 26 due to viral fever. She was admitted to the hospital for one day. Her condition is gradually improving. In such a case, She can be released today. 

At noon on Monday, Sitharaman, 63, was admitted to an AIIMS private ward. His health is considered to be stable. However, the doctor's official comment on Sitharaman's health has yet to be released. According to insiders, the Finance Minister was suffering from a minor stomach ailment, she also needed a regular checkup assessment revealed viral fever.

Even before this, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's health had deteriorated. In the year 2020, she broke her own previous record by delivering an extremely long budget speech, which had initially lasted approximately 160 minutes. Her health had suffered as a result of this.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief when Nirmala Sitharaman's routine checkup was mentioned.

On February 1, Sitharaman will submit the general budget for the fiscal year 2023-24. A series of discussions have been taking place over the previous few days to finalise this budget. The budget now has about a month left. This budget will be issued before the country's Lok Sabha elections in 2024. This will be the final budget of Modi's second term in office. Suddenly being admitted to AIIMS caused quite a stir in political circles.
