While the pair hasn't published any photos from the ceremony, attendees' photos and captions confirmed their relationship status...

Digital Desk: Aditi Arya, a former Miss India and actor, has married Jay Kotak, the son of billionaire Uday Kotak and co-founder of Kotak811. Their lavish wedding is said to have taken place in Udaipur.

According to reports, the wedding was a small gathering of close friends and family.

While the pair hasn't published any photos from the ceremony, attendees' photos and captions confirmed their relationship status and recent nuptials.

Despite the couple's somewhat private relationship, Jay Kotak publicly celebrated Arya's successful completion of her MBA at Yale University earlier this year with an emotional statement.

Jay Kotak and Aditi Arya were rumoured to have gotten engaged in August 2022, and a photo of the couple posing in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris following the engagement was also discovered. However, until Kotak released the information on X earlier this year, neither of them had confirmed the rumours.

Talking about Jay Kotak is the co-founder of digital bank Kotak811, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Columbia University. His father, Uday Kotak, founded Kotak Mahindra Bank and is worth more than $1.3 billion.

Whereas, Aditi Arya is well-known for winning Miss India in 2015, representing India at Miss World, and displaying her acting abilities in Bollywood films and television shows. She had a big role in the 2022 Bollywood film 83, which recreated India's historic World Cup victory in 1983.

Ambani_update, an Instagram account dedicated to RIL chairman Mukesh Ambani's family updates, released photos of Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita attending the wedding. As no verification of the authenticity of these photographs has been made. Nita Ambani, dressed in a lavender silk saree, was seen talking with Uday Kotak in one of the photos published by the fan page.
