Additional Solicitor General of India (ASG) Anil Singh, who was representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in its argument, stated, “My contention is he was found in possession.

He was connected with drugs peddlers. It was a commercial quantity. Hence we invoked 28 and 29. It was a only four hours and they were aware of the grounds so it cannot be an illegal arrest. Conspiracy is difficult to prove. Only the conspirator knows how they conspired. I leave the to the conscience of the court.”

Further, NCB claims that Pooja Dadlani, Shah Rukh Khan manager were trying to interfere with the evidence and witnesses in the case to derail the investigation.

Reportedly, Aryan Khan and others will stay in jail tonight. The court will pronounce detailed order with reasons tomorrow.
