Madhav has been working as a Director (Finance) on the Board of Oil India Limited since August 2, 2019, and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Digital Desk: The additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Oil India Limited (OIL), India's second-largest National Exploration & Production (E&P) company, was taken by Harish Madhav on Saturday.

Madhav has been working as a Director (Finance) on the Board of Oil India Limited since August 2, 2019, and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He has been managing a wide range of accounting and finance tasks, including budgeting, international fundraising, treasury management, corporate strategy, risk management, and budgeting. Madhav had worked for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. before joining OIL.

Notably, he also did key work for important government organizations in the oil and gas industry during this time. Madhav has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the upstream and downstream segments of the oil and gas industry.
