Digital Desk: RRR became a big hit in 2022 and garnered positive reviews from fans, with international cinema critics lauding the film. The Golden Globe for Best Original Song went to Naatu Naatu.

This time RRR took home many awards at the recent Hollywood Critics Association Awards. RRR has bagged four awards to the home they are awards for Best International Cinema, Best Action Picture, Best Stunts, and Best Music. This comes just a few days before the Academy Awards, which will be held on March 12. RRR is a drama series which has been directed by legendary film director SS Rajamouli. 


The film RRR, starring Junior NTR and Ram Charan, won five Hollywood Critics Association Awards. It received the prize for Best Action Picture. RRR also took home awards for Outstanding Stunts and Best Music (Naatu Naatu). It was also nominated for Best International Film.

This is a major achievement for it ahead of the Oscars in 2023, where Naatu Naatu has been nominated for Best Original Song.

RRR is a period drama starring Jr NTR as tribal leader Komaram Bheem and Ram Charan as revolutionary Alluri Sita Rama Raju, respectively. Set in pre-independence India, the fictional drama explores their friendship and exposes their struggle against injustice. As Alia Bhatt makes her Tollywood debut in this film. Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Makarand Deshpande, and Olivia Morris are among the ensemble cast members.
