  • The Indian Army launched a massive attack on the ULFA(I) camp in Myanmar

Digital Desk: The Indian Army launched a massive attack on the ULFA(I) camp, located in Myanmar, deploying over 300 drones in an intense two-hour operation.


During the attack, ULFA(I) cadre, Nayan Asom (58), lost his life and around 19 ULFA(I) cadres sustained injuries.


During Nayan's funeral, another missile strike claimed the lives of two additional ULFA cadres. A press statement from ULFA was later released to the media.


The drones dropped 150 bombs across four camps, targeting areas from Longwa to Pangsupass, including the PLA camp of Manipur's insurgent organization.


Colonel Pradip Asom was reported to have been seriously injured during the sudden attack.


Nayan Asom alias Nayan Medhi, hailing from Pathsala's Dumuria village in Bajali, was an exceptionally intelligent student.
