Digital Desk: In a court filing on Saturday, the CBI urged the court to cancel Tejashwi Yadav's bail in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) case.

Yadav was given notice on the application filed by the investigating agency by Special Judge Geetanjali Goel, who requested a response from him by September 28.

In response to a summons issued against him in the case involving the alleged irregularities in awarding the operations contract for two IRCTC hotels to a private company, the court granted bail to the minister in October 2018.
