Mumbai: Day-after-day new developments and twists have been cropping up in the high-profile Mumbai drug party case. After Aryan Khan’s arrest and his eventual custody, a new development has hit the case. Advocate Kanishk Jayant representing Aryan Khan, has claimed that Kiran Gosavi, Manish Bhanushali and their aides hatched a ‘criminal conspiracy’ to extort money from Aryan Khan’s father Shah Rukh Khan.
Jayant has claimed that he filed a complaint against Gosavi, Bhanushali, Rishabh Sachdeva, Amit Furniturevaala and Pratik Gaba on October 12.

The advocate has made some startling claims and lodged a complaint in which he states that Kiran Gosavi hatched a criminal conspiracy with Mahesh Bhanushali and in furtherance of their conspiracy, all of them abducted Aryan Khan with an intention of extorting huge ransom from his superstar father.”
The complainant has also hinted of alleged links between the accused and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). He said that as the Pune Police has issued a circular against Gosavi, who is accused in several cases, the officials could have requested any other public servant to come forward and be the witness in the case. Instead, they chose Gosavi, an alleged history-sheeter. In yet another twist to the case, a complaint has been filed against politician Nawab Malik for threatening an NCB officer. The complaint has been registered in Mumbai. Malik had accused NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede of extortion and claimed that the agency involved outsiders in the raid.
