Digital Desk: Bollywood playback singer Kunal Ganjawala is set to grace the cultural program on the final day of the 17-day-long golden jubilee celebration of Raas Mahotsav at Pathsala with a mesmerizing musical performance.


Prior to taking the stage at the Bajali Higher Secondary School playground, he paid heartfelt tribute to Assam's legendary singers, Zubeen Garg and Dr. Bhupen Hazarika.


Speaking to the media, Kunal shared cherished memories of his time with Zubeen Garg, praising his immense talent and legacy.


Reflecting on Zubeen Garg's contributions, he expressed sorrow over the collective failure to deliver justice to the late singer, calling it a loss for everyone.


Kunal highlighted how the people of Assam and the Northeast have always held Zubeen's talent in high regard.


He noted that Zubeen Garg deeply loved Assam, which led him to leave Mumbai and live among his people.


According to Kunal, Zubeen Garg often shared that Mumbai never felt like home and frequently spoke of the warmth and affection he received from the people of Assam.


Praising Zubeen Garg's extraordinary voice, Kunal remarked that it was truly one of a kind, and he had never encountered a voice as remarkable as Zubeen's in his lifetime.


In a special moment, Kunal is scheduled to meet Zubeen Garg's wife, Garima Saikia Garg, at their Kahilipara residence today.


Later in the evening, he will perform at the cultural program of the Raas Mahotsav in Barpeta Road.
